The ALPHA $235 month to month membership requires a 30 day in advance email notice prior to billing date to cancel. All email requests to cancel must be sent to: santamonica@doptraining.com for processing and termination.
The BRAVO $190 Six-month commitment membership requires a mandatory six months commitment. Early cancellations will incur a penalty charge equal to two months of dues. To cancel email requests must be emailed to santamonica@doptraining.com for processing and termination.
TANGO 10 Pack and Delta 5 Pack: Late Cancelations & No Shows will forfeit a session
If you are unable to attend class, please kindly cancel your reservation at least 8 hours prior. Mornings, evening, and weekend Class cancellations within 8 hours of the start time will be reflected as Late Cancel & incur a “late cancel charge”. We do not offer membership suspensions or freezes.
Our strength and conditioning classes are mixed with corrective training and are based off of consistency. These classes are all programmed to effectively build stronger leaner muscle while also burning fat. Our cardio classes get your blood pumping immediately. Our cardio sessions are never the same. They are a variety of functional cardio and performance movements, which we have found is the best way to shock the body for optimal results.
Double Ops is now accessible anywhere and anytime through our online membership. Get exclusive unlimited access to all of our Double Ops workouts as well as Body Weight workouts and Single Piece of equipment workouts created by Chris and Team Ops.
Our private training department consists of one on one personal training sessions and our semi private training program. Our semi private sessions consist of 2-4 people where each client is on a custom tailored program. Clients can book into our set semi private sessions using our app without having to go back and forth trying to schedule a time and day.
